Mr. *********, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our claims service. Please note that for urgent claims, we recommend that you call our claims department 24/7 to receive immediate assistance. You reported your claim for minor vinyl skirting damage via email at 9:55pm on Friday July 3, 2020. The email form that you filled out was received by us and responded to at 10:31am on Monday July 6, 2020. We did have some difficulty locating your policy and recommended in our email reply that you call us to file the claim. On 7/7/2020 your claim was filed with a date of loss of 7/2/2020. On 7/9/2020 the in-house examiner reached out to let you know that an outside adjuster would be scheduling an appointment to inspect the damage. The adjuster contacted you on 7/16/2020 and the inspection was completed on 7/18/2020. On 7/24/2020 we received the finalized report back from the adjusting firm. On 8/6/2020 the in-house examiner worked the file. Our examiner communicated via phone and email throughout this time and advised you of the findings of the claim investigation. At that point you voluntarily withdrew your claim. Please feel free to call our claims department if you wish to discuss your claim further.
