We continue to adjust our company’s response to COVID-19. We moved most employees to work from home. In order to continue providing quality customer service, we adjusted our Client Services hours to 7AM to 6PM CST.

Telecommunication providers are experiencing higher than normal traffic due to the COVID-19 situation and customers may be having difficulty getting through to us. We are resolved to work through these circumstances and continue to service all of our customers.

If you are facing financial hardship due to COVID-19, please contact your agent to discuss whether accommodations to avoid losing coverage may be available to you.

Any accommodation will depend on your specific circumstances. Available accommodations could include:

  • • Grace period to make premium payments
  • • Deferral of cancellation due to nonpayment
  • • Waiver of late fees

As the COVID-19 circumstances continue to evolve, we will continue to comply with any directives from state insurance departments.

During the COVID-19 crisis, automatic payments will continue unless you postpone or stop them.
